Our platform can be customized to meet any client needs such as building out client specific forms, import data, connect through Application Program Interfaces (API), set to perform routine tasks or reoccurring inspections etc. We provide our client’s permission-based access to all orders completed.
Our inspectors operate directly through the platform or from an easy-to-use smart phone application. Forms cover both residential and commercial properties. We have one of the most comprehensive commercial inspection and valuation list of forms in the industry to cover any of your needs. Preservation Maintenance & Repairs
Canopy Property Services offers a complete line of property preservation to assure a hands-off approach to maintaining your property condition requirements. Our nationwide vendor network is all licensed, bonded and insured along with meeting all necessary compliances. We back our contractor work with 100% client satisfaction. Maintenance and repairs are validated with third party inspectors to assure our clients’ requirements are met with the upmost quality work.
Our advanced back-office platform is integrated with RepairBase a residential repair estimator by BlueBook. In addition to bids provided by our vendor network, RepairBase can provide an additional validation of cost to repair using a nationwide database of material and labor costs. This product alone can save tens of thousands of dollars from inflated estimates to determining whether repairs are the proper route in disposing a property. Reports can be generated in minutes and shared to anyone right from our platform.

Our system has all the preloaded forms for interior/exterior Broker Price Opinions (BPOs), Commerical Broker Price Opinion (CBPO) (interior/exterior), Rental BPOs, Fannie Mae Appraisals, Inspections (residential and commercial), Transaction Type M-Notes, Hybrids, and we offer fully customizable forms as well. Along with agent or appraiser interactive forms we offer the industry’s highest rated Automated Value Models (AVMs) (simple to premium), BPO Property Comparable Assist, and Data Quality Check to verify data entered by vendor.
